Greetings! My name is Kyalamboka and I am a doctoral candidate in the Graduate School of Education studying Mathematics Education and Race, Inequality, and Language in Education. I'm originally from Pontiac, Michigan and attended Michigan State University and the University of Michigan. Before coming to Stanford, I worked in K-12 education and volunteered for a nonprofit organization for the upliftment of women and girls. I am delighted to work for the WCC, centering the needs of gender-marginalized graduate students and allies. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, zumba, and singing.
