Holaa! My name is Airin Brittany Valdez, and I am a proud First-Gen Latina from Los Ángeles (Westlake/MacArthur Park Area), California. I use she/her/ella pronouns (: I am currently a sophomore studying Comparative Studies Race & Ethnicity & possibly also double major in Urban Studies. I am the Intern Program Coordinator at the WCC! I am super excited to continue working at the WCC to help empower and create a safe space for everyone while also having events to foster community with you all. Some of the things I am passionate about include hiking, journaling, creative writing, being an active social advocate in my community, and photography.
