¡Hola! My name is Airin Brittany Valdez (she/her/ella), and I am a proud FGLI Latina from Los Ángeles (Westlake/DTLA Area), California. I am a senior double majoring in Anthropology and Comparative Studies in Race & Ethnicity with a minor in Education. I am the Intern Program Coordinator at the WCC (this is my 2nd year in this role, so excited to meet and welcome our new intern cohort <3). I started being involved with the WCC as an intern my frosh year to being here for four years now in this supportive and beautiful community space. I’m excited to continue working here to empower and cultivate community for everyone as we work towards collective liberation.
