I’m Abby Nakamoto (she/her), a frosh who is interested in majoring in Earth Systems or Biology. I am one of the Environmental Justice program interns this year. I was first drawn to the WCC because I wanted to contribute to environmental justice at Stanford. Since joining the intern program, I’ve discovered how welcoming, uplifting, and authentic the WCC community is. I’m excited to deepen my connections with fellow interns and contribute to meaningful projects! In my free time, I enjoy painting, hiking, and trying new foods.
