Intern at the WCC
WCC Intern Program
The WCC Intern Program is designed to allow for a fun and flexible opportunity for Stanford students to engage with the Stanford Women’s Community Center. Interns will shadow a staff member in one of our many program areas. While each intern will shadow a particular program, there is a high degree of flexibility in WCC programming, allowing interns to pursue their own areas of interest throughout their time with the WCC. Interns are primarily responsible for helping their staff mentor with their WCC work, but will also be asked to work on an independent Intern Project during Winter or Spring Quarter, with guidance from the Intern Coordinator and the staff mentor. In addition, interns should expect to find and contribute to a vibrant community of co-interns and staff members through social events and teamwork on projects.
