The Pathways Program (formerly known as the Academic Program and the Career Pathways and Mentorship Program) exists to support students as they develop skills that enhance academic success, cultivate post-graduation opportunities, and develop meaningful and long lasting mentorship connections.

Through the exploration of opportunities and resources that inspire the cultivation of new and creative forms of non-traditional academic, career, and other life pathways, this program centers on redefining what success, professionalism, and productivity look like as we continue to navigate these changing times and work collectively to shape the world that we want to see and exist in as our holistic, authentic selves.
